The Samsung Galaxy S7 edge handled things admirably, most phones would have made a murky, blurry mess. Not the best sort of lighting - mostly dark pockmarked with bright spotlights. Oh, the perils of the job - we walked into a bar. ISO rarely went over 250, the shutter speed went as low as 1/10s on some occasions, but the OIS kept things blur-free. With a bright aperture (f/1.7), large pixels (1.4µ) and OIS, the camera did brilliantly. Sunset presented a perfect opportunity to test the low-light skills of the camera. The only slight criticism is i wish that the battery was removable, having said that it is not dear to have a new one fitted when the time comes. I’ve owned both androids and Apple over the years and I still prefer Apple. I find the iPhone to be much smoother, less lag and I definitely have never had my iPhone heat up whether from usage or charging. Samsung is probably for people who prefer pretty wallpapers and stuff like that over actual function. In terms o f overall use, I still prefer the iPhone. Can’t say anything else about it since I have not properly used it. Left it uncharged and battery lasted 2 days. I tested the functionality in 2 days and everything was working like a normal phone except for the overheating issue. It’s been sitting in the box since until I can find time to take it to Samsung to ask for warranty help of some sort. The battery heats up a lot and at one point I was afraid it’d overheat. Product arrived fine but battery heats up a lot and I have not used since the first two days I tested the product. I have not had time to run to the store to check if the product has issues since I work/study 80+ hours a week. Having issues with my iPhone which was why I bought this for replacement.
